“Rayman Origins” is an extraordinary and beautiful platform game.

Rayman is a peculiar character that has starred in a large number of games. In “Rayman Origins”, Ubisoft has refreshed both Rayman and the platform genre. The 2D drawings are great, and the level of entertainment is sky high.

As Glade of Dreams is taken over by the dreadful Darktoons, the City Council call upon Rayman to save the day. But our hero cannot manage on his own; he is helped by his best friend Globox and the Teensies – two smart wizards. The joyful team need to work together to restore peace, or witness the destruction of their home.

Discover the origins of Rayman by collecting pieces of the history of Glade, and put them together to discover the truth about Rayman. You encounter challenges aplenty on your journey; a giant pink monster with hundreds of eyes, a huge, possessed Golem, an evil carnivorous plant – just to name a few. ”Rayman Origins” contains more than 60 levels. Throughout the game, you unlock new skills, and you can always go back and discover new worlds and secrets. Up to four players can play simultaneously, and players can join in or jump out of the game as they wish.

“Rayman Origins” offers excellent graphics, great music, loads of humour and a wide variety of levels. You’ll definitely get your money’s worth buying this game. The multiplayer mode makes the game brilliant for the whole family or a group of friends.

Child suitability:
The game is colourful and imaginative, offering a varied and fun gaming world. You can’t help but smile when you discover the many fun, peculiar and a bit surrealistic things throughout the game.

The game is labelled with ”Violence” and “Fear” due to a large amount of fighting and some scary creatures. You’ll need to defeat several creepy creatures; still, the fighting is cartoon-like and presented in an innocent form. Your enemies simply dissolve when you’ve defeated them. Due to these elements, the game should not be played by children younger than seven, but for older children, this is a game that comes highly recommended.

3-6 years: Under the age limit.

7-11 years: An excellent game for this age group.

12+: Equally appealing to young people and adults.
