Get in shape with 35 new exercises, or take a challenge and complete a six week training program.

In this game you can use your existing profile from the previous game in this series; ”EA Active: Personal Trainer”, or create a new profile. Challenge yourself with 35 new exercises. A new  feature is a possibility to do warm up exercises prior to training and stretches when you’re done. In addition to single exercises you can complete a six week challenge. In this program you get new daily workouts that ramp up in intensity each week. You have to train at least three times a week, and if you complete the challenge you’ll definitively get in better shape.

The exercises take place on the beach; you can water-ski, run in the sand and do exercises by the water. You’ll get trophies when you do well.

There is no leg strap or resistance band included with this game. You’ll need these to do the exercises with the proper resistance.

Child suitability:
This game is best suited for youths and adults. The exercises are a bit boring for the youngest, and they will find it difficult to use the leg strap and resistance band.

Level of difficulty:

3-6 years: This game is not fun for this age group. The exercises are boring, and the leg strap and resistance band are difficult to handle.

7-11 years: Children in this age group might enjoy the exercises with a little help from an adult.

12-15 years: For youths who like to exercise this is a great way to learn new exercises and challenge themselves.

16+: This game is best suited for those who want to train regularly in order to get in better shape, and as such this age group will probably appreciate it the most.
