Modern Warfare 2 is the latest instalment in the Call of Duty franchise, and it is more realistic and violent than ever. We strongly recommend that this game is not made available to anyone under the age of 18.

In this game you play as a soldier who is connected to different organisations in the US and England. Your missions usually involve sneaking on to hostile territory and eliminate a certain target, or just run into a fierce shoot-out. You are often instructed to kill certain soldiers at a set time and place, in order to make it possible for you to sneak through a hostile base without getting caught. If you fail an alarm will go off and a group of soldiers come running, forcing you and your comrades to shoot everyone to survive. This game depicts war in a very realistic manner, and contains several horrible scenes where you see your friends getting shot around you.

There is one specific level in the game that has caused some stir. On this level you play as a CIA agent who is supposed to infiltrate a Russian group of terrorists. In order to prove that you aren’t working for the CIA you have to join in on a terrorist attack on an airport. Together with four Russian terrorists you enter the airport with fully loaded machine guns and kill every living soul, civilians and guards alike. This sequence is possibly the worst that has ever been made for a video game. You get to see innocent people shot to pieces and stabbed with knives, and not a single person is spared. Fortunately, you get a warning and a possibility to skip this level.

The graphics in the game are great, and you get a very realistic impression of the dreadful actions you take. Blood squirts all over the screen, and you hear people scream in agony while you are running across exploding battle fields, shooting everything that moves. The entire game is a journey through a brutal and terrible war, and is among the most violent and merciless games that have ever been released. “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2” is a game that should not be made available to anyone under the age of 18.

”Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2” is as violent and realistic as it is possible to make, and the content is strictly for adults. The game is extremely violent and bloody, and the language is far from pretty. Swear words are shouted constantly, and your speakers will tremble with the screams of people being killed. We strongly recommend that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to play or even watch anyone play this game.
