Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games

22.10.2009

Take the role as one of the fantastic Nintendo heroes in the Beijing Olympic Games 2008. This game comes highly recommended.

This is a unique sportsgame where you can try out a number of Olymic sports. Here´s everything from javelin and running, to trampoline and fencing. The way you play is explained in a very simple and good way before each sport, but can also be skipped if you don´t want the lecture everytime. You use the buttons, the microphone and most of all the stylus in different ways to perform different acrobatic moves. This isn´t just easy to do and understand, but it is also great fun, and the level of difficulty is just right. Take the control over Mario, Luigi, Sonic, Dr. Eggman, Yoshi or Bowser and start collecting the Olympic medals.

Child suitability:
This is a very child friendly and fun game. There are very few things children might not understand, but the very youngest might need a bit of help to begin with. This is a game which will certainly give a lot of good entertainment, because when the single player mode gets boring you can do the practice mode and compete against either a friend or complete stranger through the WiFi function.

Score: 5
